PRE-ORDER 

Limit Policy

  • To keep things fair for everyone, there may be a limit applied per house hold. 
  • Orders over this limit may be partially or fully cancelled.
  • A 10% processing fee may apply.

Pre-Order Policy

  • Your pre-order price is locked in — no changes after purchase.
  • Please pick up your order within 1 month of release. Orders not picked up may be considered abandoned and subject to restocking fees.
  • All pre-orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
  • Minor packaging wear (such as small tears or dents) may occur during shipping and handling and is not eligible for refunds or returns.

When will I be contacted?

  • You will be automatically notified when your order is available for pick-up, if you chose delivery, you will also get a notification for tracking when the shipping label is created.
  • We may call you directly as well.

Please note that the price of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean products are highly volatile and may fluctuate frequently. As such, we do not offer refunds or price adjustments due to these fluctuations.
