PRE-ORDER
Limit Policy
- To keep things fair for everyone, there may be a limit applied per house hold.
- Orders over this limit may be partially or fully cancelled.
- A 10% processing fee may apply.
Pre-Order Policy
- Your pre-order price is locked in — no changes after purchase.
- Please pick up your order within 1 month of release. Orders not picked up may be considered abandoned and subject to restocking fees.
- All pre-orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
- Minor packaging wear (such as small tears or dents) may occur during shipping and handling and is not eligible for refunds or returns.
When will I be contacted?
- You will be automatically notified when your order is available for pick-up, if you chose delivery, you will also get a notification for tracking when the shipping label is created.
- We may call you directly as well.
