At BoxxDesu, we strive to provide our customers with the best products and services possible. However, due to the nature of our blind box products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your order, and we want to assure you that we will do our best to resolve any problems. Shipping Policy:
Currently, we offer delivery within Canada only using UPS or Canada Post expedited or express services. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Please note that orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders over $149 qualify for free shipping within Canada.
Shipping Time:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen during checkout. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days. Please note that shipping times may be longer for remote or rural areas.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order online.
Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
